Hamilton Ministry Of Rum Collection Demarara River Rum

This is one of the Ed Hamilton workhorses, balancing sipping qualities with less of the high-octane heat, but enough stuffing to not get lost in a cocktail. The Demerara is sourced in Guyana and aged for up to five years with no funny stuff happening to affect the quality of raw materials. Flavors of brown sugar and molasses with figs, dates and banana bread, are round with noticeable barrel flavors.
